Jaclyn Herrera, Continuity Consequence Founder and Lead Fractional CMO has been in the corporate marketing and sales world for more than 20 years. She brings a unique experience having ran marketing and sales teams, lead manufacturing and service driven P&L's and developed marketing and brand strategy at multiple agencies early in her career. She has worked in multiple industries including energy, water & waste water, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, food service and IT businesses.
She believes that brand & market penetration strategy leads to your long term vision while your sales and marketing strategy should deliver immediate and consistent results. They should be thought about, developed and executed together - in continuity.
Prior to starting Continuity Consequence, Jaclyn was the Chief Marketing Officer & SVP of Sales for The Vortex Companies, a trenchless rehabilitation manufacturing and service companies. She was responsible for the long-term global brand and corporate marketing strategy and responsible for tailoring the buying journey for a unique experience in the trenchless space for Vortex’s customers. As the SVP of Product Sales, she was responsible for leading Vortex’s inside and outside sales team delivering world class service to customers.
Prior to Vortex, Herrera was hired by The Weir Group’s Oil & Gas Division to head up its global marketing and branding efforts including marketing the most purchased frac pumps in the world - SPM. Over the course of 10 years. Herrera had multiple roles, including overseeing the company’s marketing communications, branding, wellhead business development, and sales programs. She also led the Artificial Lift product line and led operations for the North American Wellhead manufacturing plant. Before her time in oil & gas she held positions at top Houston Marketing Agencies leading brand strategy and communication programs.
Jaclyn holds a degree in marketing from the University of North Texas. She resides in Houston with her two children.
